“You have to get used to working in rooms with lower temperatures and dress accordingly. Regularly, I start at 6 am, which is a bit early for me. However, I am very positive about Van Loon Group. The pay is fine and the company is growing. I have a great team leader who listens to me and always makes time for me. There is so much to do, so it never gets boring here. Even though there are several Van Loon Group companies in different locations, it feels like one team. For example, I was at the location of Meat Friends in Roosendaal (and I work in Best), and it immediately felt very familiar.
I am currently responsible for weighing in and weighing out all raw materials and adjuvants in my department. I make sure they reach the production lines on time and I check that all product orders are 100% correct. If there are any deviations, I report this to my team leader. I started working as a temp in 2009, but I have been in permanent employment for years now. I have no plans to leave! “
